Nactis Flavours always works closer with its clients, providing you with a tailored service so that we can work together on creating products that meet your every need. We want to create a proactive partnership with our clients, placing trust centre stage.

Our initiative relies on open technical sales teams, operating locally and in the field, supported by a responsive and welcoming customer service.

Our R&D teams carry out acceptance tests in real production conditions to develop solutions that best meet your industrial processes. To walk our clients through these solutions and cut the development time for these new products, they design industrial application recipes in the Bondoufle pilot workshop. We can either visit you on site or invite you to our laboratory to work on your solution with you.

Considering the growing demand for natural products from consumers, we support our partners along this avenue. Our R&D teams develop solutions that meet ‘clean label’ requirements, in keeping with food safety.

At Nactis Flavours, we are continually perfecting our skills in our background areas of expertise: aromatic raw materials (industrial distillation tool that enables the production of some of our own ingredients), sweet and salty aromatic solutions and aromatic and functional ingredients.

QUALITY, RESPONSIBILITY AND TRANSPARENCY

Nactis Flavours is a recognised player in the market and is fully aware of the societal, social and environmental challenges related to its operations. Thus, we lead a continuous improvement initiative that relies on quality, responsibility and transparency of all our stakeholders: consumers, clients, employees, suppliers, authorities…

Nactis Flavours boasts almost 20 years of experience and certification of a quality system whose leitmotiv is involving and raising the awareness of all its employees, line operators and managers.

To guarantee food safety and our commitments towards clients, our quality department oversees the relevance and improvement of the quality and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point guaranteeing the sanitary safety of our products) systems on a daily basis.

To deliver sound and safe products, we have introduced a quality system that relies on the transparency, control of our processes and products. All our production sites are either already FSSC22000-certified or pending certification.

CHECKS AT EVERY STEP OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Our products are created in one of our 4 laboratories, then produced and packed in our sites, which is why we have introduced checks at each stage of the production process, from raw materials to end products. These checks ensure that our products comply with their technical specifications and regulations.

Environmental responsibility

In order to minimize the impact of our activities and products on the environment, Nactis will :

  • Act in accordance with legal and other requirements related to the environment and neighbourhood of the production sites.
  • In the case of long-term strategies and initiatives, always make a consideration with regard to environmental issues
  • Commit to integrate environmental protection into corporate culture
  • Continuously work to prevent pollution, reduce waste and limit the use of resources
  • In the case of infrastructural works or renewal of installations, always aim for reduced environmental impact
  • In the case of suitable and equivalent suppliers and contractors, give preference to those who can demonstrate that they are taking measures to limit their impact to the environment.

Top management is committed to create a culture where attention to the environment is an essential part. As a means to this, the principle of continuous improvement is applied to measurable parameters such as consumption of utilities and waste streams. The management is also stimulating the awareness, motivation and involvement of all employees in the field of environmental protection.
