Acquisition of Aralco

  • Acquisition of the Tunisian branch, renamed Nactis Tunisie
  • Enhancement of the salty flavour range
  • Start of the international development programme

2005

Acquisition of Aromex

Company specialising in the production of citrus fruit essential oils, emulsions and flavours for beverages

2006

Acquisition of Synarome

Development of the aromatic raw materials offer

2007

Acquisition of PB Gelatins France and Sofral

  • Development of the aromatic and functional ingredients offer
