La Fabrique history

At the heart of flavour, two exceptional areas of expertise.

1845

The advent of Trablit coffee

Trablit is a story of its own. Founded in 1845, this historic house was built around a single invention: a unique coffee-extraction process. Since then, it has carried forward a rare expertise, combining artisanal roasting with slow extraction to offer coffee concentrates of unparalleled intensity and finesse. A true signature in the world of natural flavours.

1964

Sevarome foundation

The activity began in 1964 by the supply of products for ice cream makers and pastry artisans. Already of excellent reputation, Sevarome produced high quality products and its renown grew in France and in export, from artisans to industry.

2001

The founding of Sevarome

This approach enabled the brand to expand its offering and increase its aromatic expertise. The expertise pole for many sweet products remains in its historic basin of Yssingeaux.

2011

ISO 14001 certification

The Yssingeaux production plant is certified ISO14001 thanks to its quality and environment management system. It was already certified ISO9001 since 1997.

2018

Implementation of the new plant

Implementation of the new plant renewed with an improvement of production processes and storage and food safety.

2023

When pistachio meets coffee

Trablit joins the Nactarome Group. The excellence of its products and its expertise combine with Sevarome’s unique mastery of pistachio to work together towards a new future.

2025

Two stories, one shared passion

From the meeting of two exceptional areas of expertise (Sevarome & Trablit), La Fabrique was born. Designed for chefs, creators and enthusiasts, it reinvents flavours, textures and colours to better anticipate tomorrow’s trends, desires and uses.
